Shipping policy

Complimentary worldwide shipping

Shipping is included in the price of every work. No delivery surcharge is applied, whatever the destination.

Timings

As each work is hand-painted to order, these timings are indicative. You are notified by email at each stage and receive a tracking number as soon as the work ships.

Delivery options

Collection in Paris — By appointment at our premises. The exact address is shared once your work is ready.

Standard shipping — Delivery to your address by express carrier, against signature. The work travels stretched on its frame, in a crate or reinforced rigid packaging.

White-glove delivery (option) — Two-person delivery, hanging on the wall, removal and disposal of all packaging. Available in Paris and the surrounding region, and by quotation elsewhere. Request it before ordering at contact@oriancollection.com.

Packing

Every work is protected by a neutral non-adhesive film, rigid corner protectors, a foam layer and a rigid outer shell.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value of the work while in transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs (see Returns Policy).

Customs, duties and taxes

European Union — Prices include VAT; no additional charges.

Outside the European Union — Customs duties, import VAT and any handling fees are payable by the recipient and collected by the carrier or the local customs authority. These amounts are set by the destination country and lie outside ORIAN's control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Original works of art benefit from reduced rates or exemptions in many countries. We always supply the required documentation: commercial invoice, certificate of authenticity and the customs code applicable to original paintings.

Where a refusal to pay customs duties results in the work being returned, no refund is due; return and reshipping costs remain payable by the Client.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming. Changes after dispatch may incur costs and delays. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient are reshipped at the Client's expense.

We do not ship to countries subject to export restrictions or embargo.

Certificate of authenticity

Every work is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity stating the title, dimensions, medium and year of creation.
