2. Data we collect

Provided by you: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, the content of your messages, project information (dimensions, hanging context), and for professionals, company name and VAT number.

Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, session duration, referral source, cart data.

Payment data: card details are processed directly by our payment providers. ORIAN never has access to them and does not store them.

Your data is shared only with providers necessary to deliver the service, acting as processors:

Payments: Shopify Payments
Shipping and logistics: DHL Express and white-glove delivery partners
Email and productivity tools: Google Workspace / OVHcloud

We never sell or rent your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are established outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

For international deliveries, data strictly necessary for customs clearance (name, address, description and value of the goods) is transmitted to the relevant customs authorities.

6. Retention periods

Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
Marketing data: 3 years from last contact
Client account data: until the account is deleted, then statutory archiving
Cookies: 13 months maximum

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

The site is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
