Colors can nevertheless appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, brightness, ambient light, and the physical material or finish. Detail images and interior mockups are provided as visual guides rather than exact color proofs.

The composition and overall palette will follow the artwork shown on the product page. Because each piece is physically produced to order, minor variations in surface, texture, cropping, or finish may occur depending on the selected dimensions and production process. Contact us immediately if you selected the wrong frame. A change may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed once the artwork or frame has entered production. Reframing after delivery should be discussed with a professional framer familiar with the artwork’s materials.

Made-to-order artworks are generally delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery timing may vary with the artwork, size, frame, destination, and carrier conditions. We will provide order updates and tracking information when the shipment is ready.

Each artwork is carefully protected for transport using packaging appropriate to its dimensions, materials, and frame. Keep all packaging until you have inspected the artwork and confirmed that it arrived in good condition.

When tracking is available, we will send the details to the email address used for your order once the artwork has been dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
